CNC Fabrication
Precision cutting and milling in wood, acrylics, composites and metals — where fine detail and repeatable accuracy matter: patterned panels, inlays, technical parts and production runs.
Cut from vector artwork to 0.1 mm. The same 3D model you approve drives the machine — so the result matches the drawing.
About this service
CNC routing at Preiss Workshop is precision work from vector artwork or a 3D model: patterned panels, acoustic panels, inlays, letters, technical parts and production runs. We rout and cut wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, composites and metals to 0.1 mm.
You send the drawing (DXF, DWG, AI, SVG or a 3D file) or we draw from your idea. The same model you approve goes straight to the machine, and the parts are finished at the workshop — sanded, lacquered or plated as needed.
Suited to single pieces and repeat production runs alike, for designers, architects, retailers and industry.
Which file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as DXF, DWG, AI and SVG, and 3D files such as STEP and STL. If you only have a sketch or a photo, we draw it up from that.
Which materials can you rout?
Wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, PVC, composite panels such as aluminium composite, and metals such as aluminium and brass.
Do you produce repeat runs of the same part?
Yes. CNC work repeats with the same precision, whether it is ten pieces or a thousand.
Start with drawings, photos or measurements.
Send drawings, photos, measurements or a rough idea. We review the project and recommend the next step.
