Basement apartment — full renovation

The flat was taken back to concrete: the old bathroom, the carpeted stair with its steel rail and worn surfaces all came out. New stud partitions with rockwool, underfloor heating and services went in before building back up. The bathroom received terracotta tiles, a grey large-format shower with black fittings and an LED-lit niche, dark cabinets with brass knobs and recessed lighting above the tiles. The stair got a panelled wall, a carpet runner and a run of grey wardrobes, and the hallway new dark grey doors with black handles on an oak floor. Preiss Workshop ran the whole project with certified plumbers and electricians.
